Instructions for accessing the support forums, and your Transaction Number are available on the theme download page provided after the purchase of a theme. Enter your Transaction Number (Not the Activation or PayPal Transaction ID) for proper access here.

Otherwise, send us your forum user name and email used to purchase the theme, and we will manually set the appropriate forum permissions for your account.

Note: You must have purchased the matching theme of the forum you are trying to access.
There are multiple theme variations included within the downloaded zip file of some of our themes. If you attempt to install a downloaded file containing more than 1 theme you will receive an error. You will need to unzip the downloaded file and upload the themes variations individually.
If your question is in relation to theme usage such as managing your content, adding featured images to your slider, changing your menu, etc., the questions may be addressed within our documentation, tutorials and support forums.
The Twitter functionality within some of our themes requires a server running PHP5+. You can contact your hosting provider in regards to upgrading your server, or refer to the instructions here. Otherwise, you can choose to disable the Twitter feed within the theme options.
Any questions related to the free WordPress.com version of the Structure Theme should be directed to the WordPress support forums. We do not support this version of the theme.
